Phillip moved to Shanghai, in 2003. In 2004, he Co founded "5th Avenue Photography Studio" Shanghai, China.
Phillip works with a wide variety of clients, as he is photographing Fashion magazine covers (now numbering over 75), CD covers, celebrities, fashion editorials, fashion catalogues, and advertisements.
His experience in the industry includes work with clients such as Elle Magazine, Italian Cosmo Magazine, Stuff Magazine, Biba Magazine, Oggy Magazine, Can Cam Magazine, HOW Magazine, Men's Metropolis Magazine, Zink Magazine, Rolling Stone Magazine, Rolling Stone Magazine Japanese Edition, Seventeen Magazine, Cosmo Girl, IMG Media, Details Magazine, America Online, Inc., G4 Media INC., Player Magazine, VH-1 Channel- New York, Prinz Magazine, Beatleg Magazine, Blender Magazine, In Tune Monthly , Process Magazine, China South Airlines In flight, many model agencies in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Universal Records and Rampage Records, New York. Sony Music, Asia. Many fashion companies, for catalogue, and advertisement. Phillip has also been seen on entertainment news in China while photographing some of the most famous celebrities in China. He has been invited twice to serve as a judge, for International Modeling Contest, which were filmed for CCTV China.
In 2007 Phillip calibrated with the "Shanghai Chinese Opera Costume Institute" on a book project, which is now being used in a number of fashion universities around Chinese. Phillip is the only accredited photographer for the 160 page book, entitled, "Colorize". In 2007 Phillip also Collaborated with Sarah Foster, an extraordinarily talented art director, at Getty Images, to create a collection of dramatic, action images, some of which were targeting the topic of the 2008 Olympics. The idea was to work in colleague, making giant people, in the modern city of Shanghai, achieve impossible feats. Sometime a keen to Alice in Wonderland. Philip's music experience includes writing, performing, producing and recording with major record labels such as MOTOWN, and Twentieth Century Fox Records in Los Angeles.
In 1977, Phillip penned a number one hit song with Peter Yarrow, "Torn Between Two Lovers". "Torn Between Two Lovers" was number one on four billboard charts and later became a CBS movie made for TV, starring Lee Remick. It was also recorded in many languages. The song has sold worldwide ten million copies.
In 1979-81, he produced new wave bands as "The Lurkers of London" in England.
In the 80s, he developed music projects for TV's "Sesame Street" and created musical stories for Toys 'R Us.
